Currently very limited marketing is done, most new business is through referrals and word of mouth. Due to the rapid growth, owner did not do any real marketing. Currently 90 – 100 enrolled students with capacity for 150+ with existing opening hours.
Franchisor has an existing marketing program with all materials in place. New owner will need to simply deliver it by contacting schools and developing relationships with teachers.
Develop and market specific programs for TAKS, SAT, GED, and other tests.
Develop relationships with community organizations and operate satellite classrooms at their locations using existing staff and business resources, doubling profits - Other franchisees have been very successful at this.
Advertise to the home-schooled market and open during school hours.
